A Healthy Alternative
Eldersburg Eldercare’s medical day care program provides a stimulating, structured, and supportive environment for people in need of supervision and care during the day. We offer families a positive alternative through providing care within the community in an environment that anticipates the needs of those who have Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, challenges secondary to stroke, or other chronic medical or neurological problems.
Our Professional Staff
Your family member will be cared for and supervised by an on-site registered nurse and nursing assistants. Programs designed to enhance and support cognitive functioning are planned and provided by staff with professional training and knowledge of the needs of special populations. A licensed social worker acts to coordinate care and help families and caregivers address issues related to their family member’s care.
